Weather

A dry day today, the weather is getting colder.

I weighed in at 11 stones 12.5 lbs so that is minus two pounds

My sleep was poor last night though I did have a second sleep before the alarm woke me at 07:30 . My body battery started out at 54 so that was the same as yesterday’s 54. At 9pm it was down to 7.

I did Pilates with Claire.

This is day 8 of world carnivore month, I had roast beef for my first meal and bacon and eggs for meal 2.

I had zero alcohol.

Duolingo – I’m in the Pearl League.

easyJet have changed the times of our flights. I will have to rebook the outbound flight.

Football on TV

20:15 FA Cup – Wigan v Man Utd (0 – 1) at half time.

In the FA Cup draw,         Leicester got Hull City or Birmingham at the King Power.

                                                Newport got Manchester United or Wigan at home.

Notes

The neighbours are being notified about the planning permission application. I checked out the application on the council web site. It makes fairly grim reading.

The Pet Shop Boys are playing in Glasgow (OVO Hydro) on Tuesday 04 June
