Weather

There was some rain, but I was under cover at the Tournament.

 Today’s Plan Summary

Body Conditioning & Emmie Football Tournament, Collect parcel, post letter and phone travel insurance.

 What I did today

I did Body Conditioning with Ed and then went to Emmie’s football tournament. My gut/stomach was a bit better today. I made some bone broth. I have organised for “Clearout UK” to come next Saturday and take a load of stuff away. I have been putting boxes together.

 I avoided alcohol.

 What’s Next

 Tuesday:              Optician (09:30) then W14-R01 & Daniela (15:00). Also do my post office business because I missed doing it yesterday. Finally, LCFC v Southampton
