I did some morning exercises, I went to parkrun (I saw Steve Wadley) and then to Royal Victoria court. I came home and watched some football (including Norwich v Ipswich and LCFC v Birmingham. I had a go with my new Massage Gun when I went to bed.

What’s Next

Tomorrow, is Sunday - I shall go with Paul & Zoe to look at the Lansdown Show Home at Glan llyn. I will do some work on the extras that I need.
