parkrun. Clearout UK at 13:00. Some premier league football on TV. Plus Hull v Ipswich.

 What I did today

I did parkrun. I was around for Clearout UK to take a load of stuff away. Zoe came over to sort the stuff out in her room.

 I avoided alcohol.

 What’s Next

Newport Marathon tomorrow. I need to support Bethan Jackson.
