The weather was a bit better today.

 

Today’s Plan Summary

Do C25K W11 R03 at the NISV at 9am. My visit number 3 at Glan Llyn later in the afternoon.

 

What I did today

I had a split sleep. I went to the NISV and did 2 miles out with the gang and two miles back by myself. I went to Glan Llyn, I met Kathryn and I put £500 deposit on Plot 164.

 

I avoided alcohol.

 

What’s Next

Pilates, Discount Tyres and Emmie pick up today.
