I drove to South Molton for Brenda Newton’s funeral. I stayed at the George.

 

I did my C25K W12 Run 1 – 30 minutes around South Molton.

 

I avoided alcohol.

 

What’s Next

Travel back to Newport. Meet Emmie out of school.
