Fri: Circuits at Bannatyne’s. Maybe my running shoes will arrive today? Trip review. Evening walk.

What I did yesterday/today

Fri: I did circuits at Bannatyne’s. I finished my Cyndi Lauper trip review. My new running shoes arrived today (Saucony Endorphin Speed 4). I did my evening walk in them. I also met Linda Rackham (and Walter) – Linda was telling me that Paul was unwell with Sepsis & Pneumonia. I also met a Retriever doodle called Ziggy. BBC were filming on the top field; they were packing away when I got there. Kay’s flowers arrived; I was able to see hat on the Bloom & Wild (Royal Mail) tracking.

What’s Next

Sat: Riverfront parkrun. Plus, two Euro 24 quarter finals later. I need to switch to my Gothenburg Blog.
