Today’s Plan

Mon:  TBA, but weigh-in, deluxe waffle circuits for starters. LSR 11 and etc. e.g.petrol for the car (could last until tomorrow), shop peanuts (also tomorrow). To aid my fitness preparations, plan a switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max), and drop the strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three more games today.

What I did yesterday/today

Mon:  I did a weigh-in, it wasn’t great. I did the Deluxe Waffle and then Pilates. Tara’s Mum fainted during the class; it was very worrying. She was OK though. I got some petrol for the car. I ordered two pairs of Lycra shorts from Direct Sports. I informed Lovells that I could not mee the exchange of contracts date. The reservation will be cancelled. I will lose half of my deposit but I will get my Inspirations 50% payment back. I am also due a refund of one Cyndi Lauper ticket. I shall book my Florida flights after my next NATCC statement. I am attempting to switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), and switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max). I will eat fewer strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three more games today. I had a tyre warning light on my car I inflated the front passenger side tyre.
