What I did yesterday/today

Sat: I did Newport (TH) parkrun. I sent a text to Kay asking about plans for the Cyndi Lauper trip. I completed a first version of the Gothenburg Nutshell document. It needs updating when the WMACS documentation (competition booklet) is available.

What’s Next

Sun: LSR 10 miles. ASDA shop, buy the Sunday Times.
