TBC but the forecast is chilly and wet.

Today’s Plan

Sat: parkrun (warm-up and massage gun first (?)). Then petrol for the car (could last until tomorrow), shop peanuts (also tomorrow). To aid my fitness preparations, plan a switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max), and drop the strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three games today.

What I did yesterday/today

Sat: I did the Newport (TH) parkrun. It was very wet when I set out from home. It rained just before the start of parkrun. It was a bit slippery in places (on the caravan site side). I got some petrol for the car from ASDA Pill on the way home. I deferred the shop for peanuts etc until tomorrow. To aid my fitness preparations, I am planning to switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max), and drop the strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three games today.
