Today’s Plan

Sat: Riverfront parkrun in my new running shoes. Plus, two Euro 24 quarter finals later. I am switching to my Gothenburg Blog while also planning for LN2 (Einstürzende Neubauten) and GNV (Gainesville – March 2025).

What I did yesterday/today

Sat: I did the riverfront parkrun in my new running shoes and clocked 29:11, my fastest time since February last year. I did a fairly big ASDA shop. I had a well needed siesta in the afternoon. I tried to watch some Euro 24 football but it was a bit boring. I did my usual evening walk. I checked my Gothenburg nutshell and made a couple of very minor amendments. I checked entry list and I noticed that Barrie & Katie will be there.

What’s Next

Sun: 8 miles LSR (Rainbow colours) plus more Euro 24 football including England v Slovakia.
