Today’s Plan

Sun:  TBA, but LSR 11 and etc. e.g. shop for peanuts. To aid my fitness preparations, plan a switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max), and drop the strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three games today.

What I did yesterday/today

Sun: I did an LSR out towards 14 locks and back. We, a small group of three, Kate Parry-Jones, Ceri Bentley and I turned at 5 miles. The others went on. I went to Teso Spytty afterwards, I saw Kelly & Neil while I was shopping. Michelle Junge was on the till that I queued for. My double click for Apple Pay didn’t work so I had to shut my phone down and reboot!

To aid my fitness preparations, I am aiming to switch to Greek yogurt (from double cream), switch to zero calorie electrolyte drinks (from Diet Coke and Pepsi Max), and drop the strawberries in favour of blueberries and raspberries. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with three games today.

What’s Next

Mon:  TBA, but weigh-in, deluxe waffle circuits for starters. LSR 11 and etc. e.g.petrol for the car (could last until tomorrow), shop peanuts (also tomorrow).
