Sun: I did an 8.9 miles LSR. Monthly tasks. Gothenburg docs then Allie Bailey planning & docs.

What I did yesterday/today

Sun: LSR 9 miles, this was my first run for a week and my first run after the sickness and vomiting bug. I need to do my monthly tasks; my Gothenburg docs are optional and my Allie Bailey planning & docs need doing.

What’s Next

Mon: Monthly tasks, weigh-in, waffle deluxe, Pilates, Gothenburg docs and Allie Bailey docs.
