What I did yesterday/today

Tue: I reviewed my training schedule. I went to circuits. I did a set of 3 * 3 8 200 afterwards because 3 * 700 + 3 * 300 wasn’t doable in my current state. I went to see Allie Bailey in Bristol. After the Allie Bailey trip, the next trip to plan is Cyndi Lauper.

What’s Next

Wed: Mandy in the morning, Bannatyne’s session, Emmie in the afternoon (Present from Porto Santo). Cyndi Lauper planning and preparation.
