Weather

Weather was cooler today.

Today’s Plan

Tue: Circuits, probably with Bradley. A Training session on the riverside path. A massage with Daniela. A small shop for tea bags and cream.

What I did yesterday/today

Tue: Circuits with Aaliyah (Murray) was followed by a short sprints session 150, 250, 350, 250, 150, with recoveries based on heart rate. I then did a small(ish) ASDA shop for tea bags and cream but came home with more than that when I spotted fresh fish in the reduced aisle. I came home and had a nap. I went to Daniela and had a sports massage. I went to Beechwood surgery and collected my repeat prescription. I took my first large Omeprazole pill (40mg). I had half a side of fresh salmon. I finished my Cyndi Lauper trip plans and started my Einstürzende Neubauten trip plans. I participated in some banter with Keith (who is in Tavira, Portugal). I got an e-mail with attached letter putting a deadline on my house plot reservation.

 

What’s Next

Wed: Yoga, Mandy, Emmie. Deal with the Plot 164 letter and e-mail, put the bins out.
