Tue:  Circuits and an interval session and an early Hi Body weigh in. A massage from Daniela. Pay Mandy.

What I did yesterday/today

Tue:  I did my circuits (with Bradley), then an abs session with Nadine (her exam) then a Hi Body weigh in (because I’m away on Thursday). Then an interval session 7 * 200. I picked Zoe up at the ICC and took her home, I came back and went for a massage with Daniela.

What’s Next

Wed:  Cyndi Lauper concert in London.

 June 27 (Thursday)          Return from London – do an interval session.
