Fri: Car Service at Scotts Motors at 09 00. Yoga at 10:30.

What I did yesterday/today

Fri: I took my car for a service at Scott’s Motors at 09 00. I missed Yoga cos I wasn’t feeling great. Very queasy tummy. I collected my car. The damage was less than £300 and I now have a new car battery as part of the deal.

What’s Next

Sat: Possible parkrun if I feel up to it. Today is my birthday (71)
