Mon: Weigh-in, Waffle deluxe, Pilates, possible drop-in at Audiology

What I did yesterday/today

Mon: Weigh-in was good at 11st 1lb. Waffle deluxe was done, Pilates was done with Amy standing in for Claire. I dropped-in at Audiology and got my hearing aids serviced.

What’s Next

Tue: Morning session. Circuits then a riverfront run. Massage at 15:30.
