Today’s Plan

Sat: Newport (TH) parkrun and a small shop. More football on TV.

What I did yesterday/today

Sat: I did the Newport (TH) parkrun slowly because of a dodgy right calf. I deferred the small shop until tomorrow. I got an Amazon delivery (including baking soda) so I have sprinkled that on the stained mattress and will leave it until tomorrow. ENG v SWI. England won on penalties.
