Tue: I will give Bannatyne’s a miss once again. I might do a small shop for cleaning products. There is football on the TV.

What I did yesterday/today

Tue: I gave Bannatyne’s a miss, once again, to rest my leg. I did a medium shop at ASDA for cleaning products plus fruit, cream etc. Spain beat France 2 – 1 in the first Euro 24 semi-final.

What’s Next

Wed: It is a rest week. Mandy will be here; Today is my final Emmie Pentrepoeth pick-up. England v The Netherlands is on TV tonight.
