Tue: Morning session. Circuits then a riverfront run. Massage at 15:30.

What I did yesterday/today

Tue: I did circuits with Aaliyah then a riverfront run (7 * 200). I had a massage at 15:30. Feeling a lot happier today. I did my evening one mile walk too.

Wed: Mandy! Yoga with Chris.
