Wed: Mandy came, Will & Rorie went home. I had a big afternoon sleep and I feel a lot better. I have the green bin out etc.

What’s Next

Thu: Cara & In Body weigh in, do an ASDA small shop and a Jim Oliver sausage shop, collect a repeat prescription. Training session later.
