Fri: Rest Day, buy some sausages, bacon, minced steak and eggs from Jim Oliver plus cheese, a pastry and a meatloaf from the Polish shop. I printed off my templates for Gothenburg. I did a bit of T Shirt sorting.

Sat: parkrun and some more T Shirt sorting.
