Today’s Plan

Sun: LSR from the NISV and a small Tesco shop (buy the Sunday Times) also go see Roni and give her the Allie Bailey buff. Note that George Street Bridge is closed for resurfacing work.

What I did yesterday/today

Sun: I did a six-mile LSR from the NISV and then went to see Roni at Newport Junior parkrun to give her the Allie Bailey buff. I drove back to Tesco at Spytty to do a shop (including buying the Sunday Times). I also got fuel while I was there. Note that George Street Bridge was closed all day for resurfacing work.

What’s Next

Mon: waffle deluxe and weigh-in. Pilates at Bannatyne’s plus, maybe a trip to factory road to collect Emmie’s boots. I need to post Sarah Wood’s birthday cards and maybe wrap a parcel for Kay.
