Today’s Plan

Wed: It is William’s Birthday. Mandy will be coming. I will do Yoga. To pay cash into my Reward account I need my debit card and the cash (paying in books no longer work!). I will do that tomorrow after Yoga.

What I did yesterday/today

Wed: It was William’s Birthday, I sent him £300. Mandy came. I did Yoga. I went to the car wash. I paid cash into my Reward account at the Post Office using my debit card. My new Saucony Kinvara 15s arrived.

What’s Next

Thu: It is Zoe’s Birthday. Cara’s body conditioning, In Body weigh-in and a training session. Possibly riverfront, possibly later in the day.
