What I did yesterday/today

Fri: More knee resting. I did think about Pilates but in the end I didn’t go. I did more on trips documentation. I changed my Shepherd’s Bush hotel and had to update all the documentation.

What’s Next

Sat: parkrun and a Tesco & H & B shop if I feel like it after parkrun.
