Mon: Pilates, In-Body weigh-in pick up Emmie and C25K-W07-R01 (if I have time)

What I did yesterday/today

Mon: I skipped Pilates as my knee is sore once again. I picked up Emmie and missed C25K-W07-R01 because of my sore knee. I did lots of Duoling. I am top of the Diamond League (I have three days free Super Duolingo!)
