Sat: It is Emmie’s Birthday. I shall do parkrun (C25K-W06-R01) then deliver Emmie’s birthday present. I need to record Claire’s Pilates warm-up at some point. I need to label some packing boxes

What I did yesterday/today

Sat: It is Emmie’s Birthday. I missed parkrun, I was too tired. I went to Rhiwderin and delivered Emmie’s birthday present. I did parkrun (C25K-W06-R01) on Caerleon cycle path in the afternoon. then I watched the second half of Wolves v Liverpool and then I labelled some packing boxes
