What I did yesterday/today

Tue: I had a tendonitis flare up overnight. Very bad. I had a massage with Daniela at 13:00. I did lots of super Duolingo.

What’s Next

Wed: I need to do a Tesco shop to get Emmie’s birthday bundle.
