Misty morning, dry but rain coming in early afternoon

Sat:        Drive to Albert Avenue and park up. Do the parkrun and jog back.

What I did yesterday/today

Sat:        I drove to Albert Avenue and park up in Fairoak Avenue. I did the parkrun and jog/walked back to the car. I got a letter from my Endoscopy consultant.

Oct 21 (Monday)              Pilates, In-Body weigh-in, training session meet Emmie out of school.

Oct 22   (Tuesday)            Yoga with Kath - a massage (Daniela at 15 00) TBC.

Oct 26 (Saturday)             parkrun – a C25K-W0x-R0x or a whole parkrun (again)?
