Fri:          Pilates. Collect Repeat Prescription in the afternoon, but note that I can’t get it fulfilled until December 23rd. I joined the Red Wall (£24.00).

What’s Next

Sat:        The parkruns are cancelled due to storm Darragh. I can do some monthly stuff and maybe some card writing and present wrap. WMAL membership for next year is due (£24.00). Audiology p/copy.

I have started my preparations for Gainesville. It is too early to decide which events I will compete in. I have booked my USA accommodation for the stay. I have booked my flights. I need to buy a single trip travel insurance policy. I need to renew my ESTA.
