Fri:          Circuits at Bannatyne’s. Audiology appointment at 13:45. RGH

What I did yesterday/today

Fri:          I skipped the circuits; I have been feeling unwell so I rested until my Audiology appointment at 13:45. RGH. I had a hearing test. I have to go back in January to get my hearing aids retuned.

What’s Next

Sat:        probably not a parkrun as I’m feeling a bit unwell.

I have started my preparations for Gainesville. It is too early to decide which events I will compete in. I will probably just do the 6K cross country. I have booked my USA accommodation for the stay. I have booked my flights. I have booked a single trip travel insurance policy. I have renewed my ESTA.
