Mon:     Deluxe Waffle, Pilates, in body weigh-in, a C25K run, Maindee Handiman, Repeat Prescription, ASDA Money Card

What I did yesterday/today

Mon:     I did the deluxe Waffle, I did Pilates and an in body weigh-in. I went to ASDA and got a money card for Emmie’s £60 cash present, I also bought her some Ferrero Rocher and I bought some Christmas booze. I collected my repeat prescription Omeprazole from Giles Pharmacy.

Tue:       Yoga with Kath and Lynn’s Christmas Eve Soiree Gathering.

I have started my preparations for Gainesville. It is too early to decide which events I will compete in. I will probably just do the 6K cross country. I have booked my USA accommodation for the stay. I have booked my flights. I have booked a single trip travel insurance policy. I have renewed my ESTA.
