Sun:       Virtual parkrun perhaps, indoor exercises definitely. Monthly stuff. Present Wrap and cards. Feed study finger prick. Audiology p/copy.

What I did yesterday/today

Sun:       I did an extended lockdown lap (extended by heading to Beechwood Road and down the hill to Chepstow Road. It was very windy. I updated the music on my iPhone. I backed up my iPad and iPhone to my laptop. I uploaded my photographs from both devices.

What’s Next

Mon:     Pilates, In-Body weigh-in, meet Emmie out of school. Present Wrap and cards must be next. I also need to do my Feed study finger prick. The Audiology appointment p/copy and questionnaire is outstanding but not so important.

I have started my preparations for Gainesville. It is too early to decide which events I will compete in. I have booked my USA accommodation for the stay. I have booked my flights. I need to buy a single trip travel insurance policy. I need to renew my ESTA.
