Today’s Plan

Tue:  Circuits with Bradley and a short interval session on the river side path. The Euro 2024 football tournament continues with two more games today.

What I did yesterday/today

Tue:  I did circuits with Bradley. I did a short interval session on the river side path. I had two sets of 80, 160, 160, 80 set up. I was very tired so I just did one set. I did a small shop at ASDA. Yesterday I documented Oddono’s Italian Ice Cream shop for the Cyndi Lauper trip. I also completed my restaurant research for the Einstürzende Neubauten trip. The tyre warning light came back on even though the tyre doesn’t look flat. I wonder if it is change of temperature.

What’s Next

Wed:  Mandy (Holiday Pay), Yoga with Chris and meet Emmie out of school.
